Kehua’s valves and seats produced meet the API-7K standard. After many tests by our engineers at the drilling site, the service life of the designed valves and seats is 35% longer than that of the peers, which use high-quality alloy steel.

To improve the intensity, the product is carbonated. The carburizing layer is between 2.0-2.5 (mm). The size between the valve body and the valve seat reaches perfect coordination. The tolerance of the taper of the valve seat can be accurate to 0.01mm, thereby increasing the service life of the valve body and the valve seat. Under normal use conditions, the service life is more than 600 hours. We can provide API 4#-API 8#products.

Our valves and seat are designed for use in Bomco, Honghua, National, Gardner Denver, Emsco, Oilwell Russian and TCS lines of triplex drilling pumps.
